Darb Travel (hereafter referred to as “we,” “our,” and “us”) offers travelling services and leisure activities (hereafter referred to as “services”) through its website on the Internet and the mobile applications (hereafter referred to as “booking platform).
B- What Categories of Information Do We Process?
When you use the booking platform, we process the following categories of information about you:

Booking information: Including information about your travel and details of your bookings numbers, airline bookings numbers, co-passengers, your travel preferences, and so forth

- Local shared objects such as Flash cookies and browser’s local storage such as HTML5
- Mobile analytics to understand how our installed applications and software programs function on your phone

Our partners may do the following: (1) collect information directly from your device, such as your IP address, device ID, advertising ID, and information about your browser and operating system, (2) collect your user information they receive from Darb Travel along with other information about you obtained from other websites or services, and (3) place or recognize some unique cookies on your browser.

Due to the international nature of our business, we may need to share your user information with Darb Travel group of companies or with other third parties as mentioned in section (I) above, in connection with the purposes set out in this policy. We take the necessary measures to ensure that your user information which we process is limited to essential user information with regard to the purposes set out in this policy or as required to provide you services or access to them.
N- Data Retention:
We take necessary measures to guarantee that your user information is retained only when it is needed. Information related to online behavioral advertising are retained by Darb Travel for no more than 365 days, after which it will expire, according to specific conditions. However, the 365 days’ period may start again if the user visits our website or interacts with an ad, e-mail, or a service or a channel related to us.
The criteria for determining the duration for which we will keep your user information are as follows: we retain user information in a form that allows identifying the user only when this is necessary with regard to the purposes set out in this policy, unless the applicable law requires a longer retention duration. Unless there are specific legal requirements for us to retain information, we retain it for the necessary period only to fulfill legitimate business needs.

You can directly take steps to unsubscribe to the newsletters you receive from us. Please wait for 15 to 30 days for the change to go into effect. In some services related to transactional communication, you may continue to receive e-mail as a part of travel booking service on the platform.
If you are an EU resident, you may have certain rights, including the following: the right not to provide your personal information to us, the right to access your personal information, the right to request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal information, the right to transfer your personal information to another controller, the right to withdraw your consent, and the right to file complaints to supervisory authorities. We may request proof of your identity before we can let these rights go into effect.
